SHIPPING POLICY
We will do our utmost to stick to the agreed date and time for delivery. If anything unexpected arises, we’ll contact you promptly to arrange a new date and time that works for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you’ve ordered the wrong type of wood and the original product remains unopened, we are happy to offer an exchange for the correct type. Please note that all transport costs for the exchange will be the customer’s responsibility.
